binging after dieting

binging after dieting
Please help, i have been dieting and working out for a long time now. What can binging and skipping w/o do?

I used to be 184 and weigh 154…. well before i didnt go to the gym for 5 days and decided to not follow my diet as well… i gained a few pounds…. Have you been in this situation???? i feel like if i were to go the gym tonight and hop on to the eliptical for a half hour and weight train; that i would be back to normal. I gain weight fast, and i also lose it fast. I dont like it but its true. Have you been in this situation?? it feels like my face is swollen…. and my stomach is bigger now.. WHAT THE HELL!! i hate this feeling, im really dissapointed in myself…

is this water weight??
and can i get rid of the extra “size” added to my stomach FAST if it were to come FAST?

I did the most unusual diet there is, I read the back of food packages and followed that for several months, I lost 14 pounds, (all I needed to lose), and never really did more exercise than I did before. Now it’s more of a habit than a diet, I stopped reading every label, I just now know better portions.

And as the above poster said, DO NOT binge or do without, it only makes you weak and you can not do proper exercises, and what’s the use being thin if you feel like sh*t.
