body type dieting

What is the best type of diet to be on to lose body fat and gain muscle. (working out 5 days a week)?
I have trained hard and eaten really clean for a while and I have seen some of the sickest lean muscle gains after i changed (of all things) my muli-vitamin. I didn’t even think that i would have any benefit with my muscle gain/ fat loss, but after changing this up, i saw that my last little bit of fat reduced and my muscle increase tremendously. I also have seen a firend of mine loose the last 25 pounds that the south beach diet couldn’t do from taking this one all in one supplement.
I know a lot of natural bodybuilders who are using this too and they swear by this stuff. It’s all natural and geared for overall health so it’s good for you to look into for a few different reasons.
Other than that, i can say, stay away from sugars, eat a lot of lean meat like chicken or turkey, don’t be afraid to eat carbs, but just stick with oatmeal, brown rice, fruit veggies and red skin potatoes. Keep fats low and good (omega 3 6 and 9 are good). Don’t eat carbs too late in the day and make sure to pair it with either proteins or fats to slow the glycemic effect. (if you can’t burn the energy you’re getting from the carb, you’re body will convert it to fat.)
