Can a high protein/low carb diet improve muscle definition?

Ive been working out for nearly a year now in pursuit of getting lean. I don’t want to get big and bulky like Arnold Schwarzenegger. I just want to have a good amount of definition and perhaps a V taper if my genetics allow it. I currently weigh 153-155lbs. I eat sensibly and weight lift/cardio 6 days a week mostly. Just wondering if i up my protein intake and lower my carb intake if i’ll see more definition?

I believe so … Most weightlifters are on a high protein, low carb diet.
