exercises burn fat quickly

how can I lose arm fat and stomach fat quickly?
I’m trying some exercises to burn fat overall, but are there some exercises that really work my stomach and arms? I’m doing push ups and crunches along with planks and arm presses, but I can’t seem to burn my extra arm fat.
I need to burn a bunch by summer, have any ideas?
PS I know that targeted weight loss is basically impossible to do. I just want to know some more exercises I can add to my workout. Thanks! ![]()
