how to burn fat around waist

Would you define me as fat?
Recently, I have been looking over posts in many different forums that show an intense hatred for fat people. I understand why some would dislike heavy people but, one question that burns in my mind is, what is fat? How do you define fat? When these people say they hate fat do they mean those who are visibly heavy like the mother in Gilbert Grape or what? I am 6′2″ tall and I weigh 270lbs. However, I have no gut and a small “tire” or whatever around my waist. The only thing that makes me stand out is I have medium to large size male breasts. When I have a shirt on I look like everyone else. Would you define me as fat? – not medically speaking because I know i am.

Not fat, just soft looking. Nothing physical activity wouldn’t adjust….
